yes, your dog can come
If your dog is part of the family, bring them. I love including pets in family sessions when the location allows it. We’ll plan ahead so the session still feels calm, safe, and easy for everyone.
I recommend bringing a leash, treats, water, and a helper who can step in with your pup when they are not being photographed.

Family sessions are held outdoors at selected locations within 40 miles of Fowlerville, Michigan. I’ll help guide you toward a location that fits the look and feel you want.
Do you help with outfits?
Yes. After booking, you’ll receive a session guide with outfit tips, color suggestions, and simple ways to coordinate without looking overly matched.
What if my kids do not cooperate?
That is completely normal. I keep sessions flexible and kid friendly, with prompts, movement, breaks, and a calm approach so we can still capture beautiful images.
Can extended family book a session?
Yes. Extended family sessions are included in the Heirloom collection. This is a good fit for grandparents, cousins, and larger family groupings.
When is the best time for outdoor photos?
The prettiest light is usually close to sunset. I’ll help choose the best start time based on the season, location, and ages of your children.
